Regulation D Rule 504 offerings are possibly being replaced by the SCOR offering. Only a handful of states still recognize rule 504. Rule 504 allows issuers (business owners who issue stock shares or promissory notes to raise private capital) to raise up to $1,000,000 every 12 months.
