Since 2002 we have provided direct public offering (DPO) advisory services and commercial financing for entrepreneurs in the United States, Canada and Europe. We also assist with mergers and acquisitions with particular emphasis on roll-ups of smaller private businesses by OTC traded companies. In 2009 we changed our legal status from a partnership to a corporation in Texas. Our Management

Our lead advisor is Mike Stapleton. Mike has over 20 years experience financing, buying and selling businesses. He has helped raise over $500M for clients, taken one of his own companies public, and has provided consulting for over 500 companies across the United States and Canada.
