Stallion Launches PPM Logix®

DALLAS, Texas, November 12, 2011 -- Stallion Assets, Inc. of Dallas, today announced it has launched PPM Logix® (www.ppmlogix.com), an online portal for entrepreneurs and attorneys. The website allows users to download private placement memorandum templates, term sheets, stock warrants and other private equity documents.

"The site has been in development for roughly 9 months, although we still have a few sections in development, it's definitely operational, memberships are being sold and we have over 700 members who have signed up. We have a sister site also under development which we plan to have live within the next few months," stated Mike Stapleton, President.
